New Novoclimat technical requirements will come into effect on September 1, 2009 regarding the construction of apartment buildings and condominiums.

These new requirements will serve to clarify the technical characteristics of the Novoclimat certification process for apartments. New features will be integrated such as strengthening insulation criteria for roofing elements and metal framework as well as prohibiting the use of depressurization to defrost ventilation systems.
