The Agence de l'efficacité énergétique has decided to financially support a technological innovation project that aims to reduce the fuel consumption of heavy vehicles.
The financial support jointly provided by the Agence de l'efficacité énergétique, the Programme d'aide au financement des entreprises (controlled by Investissement Québec), and the Centre local de développement de Longueuil will enable the Boucherville-based business RM2J inc. to continue the development and market introduction of its product, Fuel MaximiZer (FMZ), a device designed to generate fuel savings up to 5% for heavy vehicles of class 7 and class 8.
