Make sure that the Novoclimat option is integrated to the construction of your pre-fabricated house before signing the contract of purchase. Some companies may have Novoclimat certification and build other types of homes using components that do not meet Novoclimat requirements.

Financial assistance
Consumers who opt for a new single-family home that is Novoclimat-certified are entitled to financial assistance.
The financial assistance details read as follows:
- $2 ,000 for a Novoclimat-certified single-family home that is entirely built on site by a Novoclimat-certified contractor.
Your builder will provide you with the necessary documents to request financial assistance from the Department.
